Examine the digital mastery framework in an organization of your choice, and explore digital capabilities.

Module 3 Leadership Capabilities
Explore the role of leadership in supporting technologies in the workplace.

Module 4 An Overview of IoT Technologies
Learn about the technological components that underpin the IoT.

Module 5 Aligning IoT and Strategy
Learn how to integrate IT and IoT technologies with business strategy and operations, and ensure that the right skills are developed.

Module 6 Creating an IoT Roadmap for the Future
Plan to implement the IoT, and consider the future of business with new technologies.

George Westerman

Principal Research Scientist, MIT Center for Digital Business

Westerman is a principal research scientist with the MIT Sloan Initiative on the Digital Economy. An award-winning author and speaker who is widely considered a pioneer of research in digital transformation, Westerman helps senior executives drive new competitive advantage through technology. He is the author of numerous articles and three award-winning books, including Leading Digital: Turning Technology Into Business Transformation. In addition to research and teaching, Westerman serves as a member of the Board of Directors of the Technology Business Management Council and co-chairman of the MIT Sloan CIO Leadership Awards.
